I have extensive experience in both Contract and Subcontract Management to include preparation of solicitations, contract and subcontract documents, (statements of work, project plans, schedule of values, invoicing, etc.), negotiations, insurance requirements, small business reporting and closeout. I have been involved with dispute resolution and subcontract terminations. I work closely with project controls and project managers to ensure contract budgets are monitored often and not exceeded.
