I'm an IT Professional who has 6+ yrs managing an Applications/Development Team and 5 years of Project Management experience. Eight years at at Excellus BlueCross Blue Shield supporting CRM initiatives for Sales/Marketing. Prior to my 11 yrs as a PM/Manager I was a Systems Analyst / Software Engineer (17 yrs). My most recent Technical expertise was ColdFusion Web development of custom websites, focusing on eCommerce.
