My objective and passion is turning businesses around and making profits. This is mostly done by improving positive attitudes of employees and strong sales. I am previously a professional business owner of a very successful company that became the largest in our metropolitan area three months after opening. It became the largest in the state in less than six months. Prior to that I was a co-owner of another business and managed another. Personally negotiating all sales and employee training all businesses were very profitable and all employees loved their work. After selling my business, I honored a non-compete agreement with the new owners and began negotiating claim settlements in the insurance industry. I was immediately promoted to Senior Property Claims Adjuster and trained Catastrophe adjusters and those with management skills. In the insurance industry I hold LA&H and P&C state licensing. I am Haag Engineer Certified on roofing plus mold and flood certifications. With experience on Homeowners and commercial claims, I have also become well versed in subrogation and SIU and previously licensed in all states except Alaska. Personal business relationships include board member and past President of the Charleston Electrical Contractors Association, Contractors liaison board member to the Architect and Engineering Board. Member of the Mechanical Contractors association and the Charleston Contractors Association. I am also a member of several business development clubs in the Charleston area.
