QUALIFICATIONS Executive Management: Own and operate sub chapter S corporation, GRAM Aerospace, specializing in manufacturing of small aircraft engine parts. P/L responsibility for all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, finance, customer service, operations, engineering, quality, purchasing, payroll, etc. (2002 -Present) Facility Management: Managed small aircraft component repair facility (50 employees), H&L Accessory, Inc. In capacity as Engineering and Quality Manager (in owners' absence) ensured all customer, employee, and regulatory requirements were satisfied. (1998 - 2005) Department Management - Large Corporation: Managed Engineering Department and Quality Department for Textron Lycoming and AlliedSignal in Pennsylvania and South Carolina. (1987 - 1998). New manufacture and FAA Repair Station experience. Project Management: Experience managing complex engineering projects from start to completion. Coordinate team member activity, manage budget, project status reporting, cost/benefit analysis, customer and supplier interface, regulatory compliance, timeline management. Regulatory and System Compliance: FAA Designated Engineering Representative, ISO9000 Coordinator, Management Representative for AS9000 compliance. FAA, EASA, CAAC compliance. Supervisory and Operational: Able to competently operate machine shop equipment. Experienced with brazing, heat treatment, plasma spray, EDM, CNC processes and equipment. Strong knowledge of electrical component manufacture and repair. Design and manufacture special equipment for air, oil, fuel flow test benches. Implement process improvements using greenbelt and lean manufacturing training. Material Management, Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving, Customer Service.
