Dear Sir or Madam, Leadership and Teamwork are my passions. I have a great deal of experience in the electrical generation industry at a leadership level. My contacts in the engineering profession are many and I have worked closely with those individuals from companies like SEGA, General Electric and Lutz Daily and Brain. Some projects that I have, personally initiated with Engineering firms in the Kansas City area and supervised from initial proposal to commissioning are electrical switchgear retro-fill, cooling tower replacement, large power transformer rebuilds, generator excitation system replacement, switchgear Lineup replacements, Load Flow Coordination, Arc Flash, Generator protection upgrade from electromechanical to microprocessor based and grounding studies. I have initiated cost savings measures such as motor reliability programs, thermography programs, personal protective equipment exchange programs, remote racking programs, HVAC replacement programs and arc flash awareness programs motor soft start and phase loss programs just to mention a few.
