SUMMARY In excess of 15 years proven experience in engineering fields as a PE/QA/QC/Construction/Infrastructure/Environment/Office and Field Engineer associated with U.S. Government, U.S. Military and U.S. Private Companies working closely together monitoring these projects to ensure compliance with construction requirements and improving and shortening the projects awarding time Comprehensive knowledge of full construction quality management during both design and actual construction phases, and achieved projects objectives by performing construction management, inspection and supervision tasks to various types of work on the construction sites to ensure compliance with the approved SOW, CQC/Safety plan, site plan, drawings, submittals, schedules, test and specifications, as well as compliance with the applicable specification codes such as IBC, ACI, ASTM, ASME, NEC, ANSI, OSHA regulations, safety manual EM 385-1-1, and all the local and federal guidelines and requirements Public infrastructure and municipal project engineer experienced for planning, organizing, implementing, and managing governmental projects in the middle east. Technical expertise includes all major functional areas of commercial/non commercial facilities and infrastructure projects Design, build, supervise, operate, and maintain construction projects and systems in the public and private sector, including roads, buildings, airports, tunnels, dams, bridges, and systems for water supply and sewage treatment (WWTP).
