Projects • Designed and development of an auto saturation system for solar panel anti-reflective coating brushing machine - Conducted data analysis and modeling of pump rates and optimal saturation percentage - Conducted coating solution injection module design, production and testing Coating solution injection module: pump based module for injection of coating solution onto the brush, utilizing pipes for even brush saturation - Re-engineered solar panel brush to be used in conjunction with the auto saturation system Current stage: 3D rendering of the anti-reflective coating injection intake on the brush - Implemented a cart saturation system - Manual lever press module design and development: Manual lever press module: a flat panel based press that eliminates excess solution and achieves optimal brush saturation • Skill development - Proficiency in product design using SolidWorks - Proficiency and strong work ethic under difficult working conditions being a small start-up company and the only mechanical engineer, production of projects required a unique perspective due to lack of resources and personnel - successful completion of the manual saturation system, leading to its immediate use in the company
