QUALIFICATIONS Unique experience blending transactional and operational experience at the CEO, CFO and CPA (audit) levels. * Diverse background in operations and investments, yielding a comprehensive understanding of and experience in the investment process including due diligence as well as post investment monitoring and consulting phases. * Extensive experience in: o start-up companies serving as the de facto CFO and Controller of multiple start-ups and o the investment field as an intermediary and a principal having spent the last 15 years in the private equity field as a principal.
