I am looking to develop and motivate a sales team. Having owned my own retail agencies, I know the skills needed to enable salespersons to achieve superior results. I am also open to sales postions requiring a high level of presentation skills. I am fearless, confident, and very flexible and teachable. A new industry focus is not out of the question.
