QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: * U.S. naturalized citizen (2013). * MBA- (Masters in Logistics Management). * BS- Engineering Technology (Electrical & Industrial). * BS-Sciences & Military Arts (Military Pilot/Aviation). * Advanced Studies in Management, (Currently a Master's Degree level program). * Warehousing/Procurement/Maintenance Planner/President-Owner, working as an Engineer at: * 10 years' experience as a Project Engineer, working at the Engineer Project Division of the Venezuelan Army Forces (V.A.FF), supervising 20 professionals: Engineers, Architects, etc. * Computer and PC literate-working, knowledge of Microsoft office, Sun, Max & Oracle systems. * Created and presented a computer program on the 13th Annual Conference of The National Association of Industrial Technology, at Jackson State University, Mississippi, in 1980. * Training & Supervising 120 airmen as an Air Wing Commander at the Venezuelan Air Force (V.A.F).
