Recently I was a main part of Hertz Corporation Global Tax team. I was responsible for all tax activities at HSBC Securities Inc. and was also a part of HSBC global Tax team. At State Bank of Long and New York Community Bank I was the main person responsible for all tax activities that affected the commercial business. Prior to New York Community Bank, I was responsible for each company tax compliance and tax reporting. I have extensive experience establishing and developing tax policies as it related to SOX 404 and transfer pricing (IRC Sec.482)
