Senior Educator/Administrator/Online Special Education Instructor - 24 years experience - Lowell Indiana

I am a passionate and visionary leader with administrative experience as a high school Principal in a distance education school serving international students from around the world and middle school Assistant Principal in a small Hispanic community. I have many years of experience meeting student’s needs, working closely with counselors, students and parents to assist them in their career planning. My role as educational leader included: safety and discipline, instruction, student services, providing special education services to include facilitating IEP meetings, hiring, monitoring and evaluating teachers, budget, security, preparation of accreditation reports, and working closely with students, parents, supervisors, department chairs to ensure the goals and needs of the school were met.
