Schaeufele 294 Fenway Rd., Columbus, OH 43214 To Whom It May Concern: In my previous role as the VP of Manufacturing and Engineering with Techneglas, Inc., a $600 million international manufacturing, logistics and supply chain CRT glass company, I have led several cost reduction efforts that have resulted in significant cost savings, to name a few:  Sold Manufacturing sites saving an estimated $9 million in environmental clean-up cost with the purchaser assuming all liability.  Successfully managed a 30% reduction in salary staff with an estimated annual savings of $6.5 million.  Reduced inventory cost related to outside warehousing resulting in a $3.3 million savings over two years. My progressive experience includes a variety of roles including General Manager of each of our major plants supervising up to 2000 employees at a single site, Production Superintendent, Department Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, and Process and Development Engineer. I have multi-site manufacturing, engineering and distribution management experience.
