I am interested in the open position. I bring a high level of tax technical expertise in US Federal, State, and US Cross-Border/International Income Tax subject matter. This expertise was developed delivering high-value tax-saving oriented results consulting and compliance services. My track record is one of excellence and innovation over the past 15-plus years. Over 12 of these years were spent thriving in a high-pressure "Big 4" accounting environment. During my career I have led client service teams focused on: (1)multi-billion dollar US domestic and multi-jurisdictional business combination transactions; (2) domestic (federal and state) and foreign operational consulting and compliance support; (3)and "brainstorming" engagements with an objective of improving the tax saving attributes of an existing organizational structure. I have always internalized the success of my clients and colleagues. Anything less than a value-added outcome is not success.
