Rehab Director-1.5 years experience
I am a Speech Language Pathologist with 20 years experience with the past 1.5 as Rehab Director in a hospital. I currently manage PT's, OT's and ST's with organization of inpatient, outpatient, home health, aquatic and skilled nursing facility level patients. Budget experience based on FTE's and marketing for our dept. I also continue to provide Speech Therapy services to pediatric-geriatric patients with swallowing, communication and cognitive needs.
