COVER LETTER: To Whom It May Concern I, Sandra Lee Jones, am applying to your position of Assistant/Associate Director of Admissions for the Law School. I humbly am writing to request that you would review my credentials, offer me an interview, and allow me to introduce myself fully to you. I have received my Master's In Criminal Justice and Corrections. My Undergraduate degree including 24 or more hours in Political Science and Pre-Law courses. I worked for Schwartz and Associates Law Firm, here in Chicago for more than eight years as a Legal Assistant. The firm was a multi-functioning law firm, I worked directly for Mark Schwartz who was the Medical Malpractice attorney. I have amassed many years of experience and continually promotions in the Admissions Office of the University of Illinois. I currently serve as the Associate Director of the Support Services Units. I would be honored to attain a position with your prestigious University serving in the Law School. My ultimate goal in life is to return to pursue and receive my J.D. degree. I am very intelligent, a good leader, trainer, team player, experienced with working with 96 Undergraduate Admissions departments, including Deans and advisors in my current and former positions here at UIC. I am a people-person, I am a hard worker who believes that one work until the job is done and done completely. I take pride in myself and thus I take pride in the quality of work I produce. I am loyal to my Management and Administration. I believe that all employees should support and promote the mission of the institution they serve.
