My name is Jermaine Kirven, a certified Math and Integrated Curriculum teacher that works in Orange County at Southwest Middle School. Please find attached my two-page resume for candidacy. I am currently interested in full-time administrative or math teaching position that will use my professional expertise, experience, and creativity in establishing proactive services for students that have issues with time management and gaining knowledge in a virtual or academic atmosphere. I have prior experience working with incarcerated youths with diverse offenses, providing systems for growth to help empower the individual for better behavioral management. I am also interested in any administrative opportunities available, and in my past I created a learning environment for after school tutoring and Saturday School proctoring for the more challenging students. Also devised a program within the school setting to empower students to be successful and provide life skills for individual growth. In the services I provide, it is my goal to expand my career, knowledge, and experience by working on the cutting edge of prevention outreach, education, community building, empowerment, and public safety.
