My objective is to use my acquired and natural skills such as leadership, project management, innovative vision, enthusiasm, people and team development, attention to detail, and organization to help produce a quality product, team, and environment as a Team/Project/QA/IT/UAT Manager. Accomplishments * Managed 30+ Project Test Managers (PTM), each working on projects that were over 1 million dollars in size * Created and implemented the Golden Master (Final tests before release) testing for an organization in Bank of America * Created a process for Cingular/AT&T to help identify the flow of projects * Succeeded, in less than a year, in making a lab profitable after multiple years of being non-profitable * Created and managed the most successful Microsoft Smartphone and Pocket PC Mobile Logo certification testing lab, from the beginning of 2003 to the end of 2004 * Managed and/or tested over 1000 applications for the Mobile certification * Streamlined testing procedures which reduced testing time and cost by 50% while keeping integrity * Created multiple proposals with a customer win rate of greater than 80% * Created and maintained UAT process to help customers accept completion of collaboration sites * Implemented QA automation practices
