I am confident that my 25 years of Fitness, Health and Wellness industry experience and more specifically my recent leadership roles at Seacoast Sports have provided me with the extensive skills, knowledge and abilities to step into the role and make an immediate positive impact. During my tenure at Seacoast Sports Clubs I have successfully rolled up my sleeves and lead efforts in key areas such as business strategy, club growth and expansion initiatives, all financial and accounting budgeting and cost control requirements, operational, staff and team development, personal fitness, nutrition and class training, marketing initiatives and website development. I have worked in every discipline of sales, marketing, finance, business development, leadership, training, and operations and as a result, I am extremely comfortable with all working aspects of a Planet Fitness club environment. I have been Instrumental in growing the company from 200 to 8,000 members and adding 4 new locations in the last 10 years. Along with membership growth, I have positively impacted non dues revenue sources through leadership, program growth and implementation of revenue increasing systems. I have been enjoying the opportunity to impact all aspects of this company, but my passion has always been in fitness, I was a trainer myself for 25 years, I have managed wellness initiatives, manages personal trainers and increased revenue and retention through these efforts.
