(US) / Bestseller A/S (Denmark) Responsibilities: * Driving simultaneous execution of 3 projects supported by a team of 15+ members (onsite + offshore) * Managed projects from the stage of initiation till closure advocated timely and high quality delivery of projects while managing stakeholder expectation monitored and reported on project progress * Developed & managed a well-defined project management process and championed ongoing process improvement initiatives implement best practices * Defining processes and tools best suited to each project creating detailed project road maps plans schedules and work breakdown structures utilising Agile and Waterfall approaches depending on project specific & client goals * Ensuring resolution of project related issues and deliverables as per project plan and SLA * Driving improvement of project design and system documentation in collaboration with subject matter experts & architect team facilitating process standardization as one of the pillar resources * Undertaking regular analysis of project metrics aimed at reduction of project cost performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective / preventative actions over qualifying incidents and issues observed during implementation * Emphasizing on value adds and better ROI with the cost saving drives in existing projects * Driving significant improvement in product quality and stability through implementation of CMMI-3 processes * Contributing extensively in drafting technical proposals & SOW including effort estimation pricing staffing model and showcasing initiatives contributed strategically to various sections of proposals * Providing strategic consultancy to clients on quality & process excellence viz.: o Analyzing various processes & recommending modifications to enhance operational / process efficiency o Introducing modifications in process flow working practices etc. for reducing conversion cost per unit produced
