NC-47 - Construction of New South Battery - consites: Grit Tanks, Aeration Tanks, Final Sedimentation Tanks Odor Controls, Chemical enhancement system - The System consisted of a complete inspection of the instrumentation, PLC control, HMI, MCC, PMCS, HMCS, EMCS and network for the process and the HVAC of all additional plant. ($ 800,000,000 Project.) * NC-41 - Central Residual Building, providing a Centralized location to treat residuals Collected by wet stream processes throughout Newtown Creek WPCP. - The system consisted of Climber type bar screens for removing rags and material from the wastewater flow before it enters the secondary treatment location, Grit Cyclone/Classifiers and Skimming Concentrators and Odor Control System. The system consists of complete inspection of the instrumentation, PLC control, HMI, MCC, PMCS, HMCS, EMCS and network for the process and the HVAC of the all the new additional plant. ($ 345,000,000 Project.) * NC-50 - Sludge Force Main and Loading Dock - consists of : Complete control of 2 Loading Dock pumps, 2 sludge transfer pumps, 2 Pump Back pumps, Dock control panel that communicates via radio to the loaded vessel and in the other end, connected to the main plant's PLC via remote I/O network via fiber optic system which is connected to the plant PMCS and HMI. The system is operating based on Lead Lag control between each set of pumps including confirmation of correct positioning of all the valves. In addition the system switches a set of pumps in case the one in use fails. The system loads the vessel by gravity until a certain set point and then it switches to pumping while modulating the flow based pump system. The system will provide feedback, regarding tank levels, between the Vessel and the plant including alarms and control signals. The system consists of complete inspection and startup of the instrumentation, PLC control, HMI, MCC, PMCS, and network for the Process. ($ 50,000,000 Project.) 2005 - 2010 PCS Integrators Inc., Fairfield, NJ., USA - The company deals with Turn Key Projects that manage and provide Control System Solutions for industrial, municipal and commercial markets. focus on Waste Water treatment Municipal Water Systems Transit Systems and Running a Control and Power System manufacturing facility. Responsible for locating new clients and projects dealing with the estimation process and performing negotiations of valuable purchasing contracts with different vendors.
