To find a company that can utilize my unique ability to find inefficiency and create better systems to achieve profitability. I am a problem solver and look at problems not as challenges, but as opportunities. I see failures not as failures, but as outcomes. If an outcome does not solve the issue, then we are challenged to look for a solution that gives the desired outcome. I am not a yes man. I expect my opinions to be listened to, considered and debated. I don't believe that business should not have a one size fits all approach, but should take the set guidelines established and change them to fit a certain dynamic, or demographic. What works on the East coast, does not necessarily work in Las Vegas. What works on the East coast, or anywhere, should be used as a guideline to make procedures etc. work for Las Vegas.
