Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, other teammates needed. I possess solid problem solving and consultative skills, Plus, I am a self-driven, motivated and results-oriented Customer Service and Sales Representative that will allow me to be highly successful with your COMPANY. I have proven with each company I’ve been employed with to build long-lasting relationships and quickly develop trust with clients, as well as internal personnel. I believe my success has been able to solve problems thoroughly and work well under pressure. Thus, as a seasoned Customer Service Representative I enjoyed a successful career in my chosen field and I am proud of my accomplishments. I have climbed the corporate ladder for over the course of my 30+ year career and have enjoyed a brief stint of retirement. After of enjoying a of years of enjoying time with family, friends and church activities, I have come to realize I am not done yet. I am ready to get back to work. After a brief time in early retirement for the last12 months, spending time doing Missions work, family activities and enjoying, what I thought, early retirement, I am now ready to begin working in the healthcare industry, again, the business environment and interaction with customers are where I can have a positive impact your COMPANY, your customers’, and the customers that I’ll close for mew business. I have the unique personality, great communications skills, computer skills, and marketing, and sales skills to be successful in the customer service department for Your Company.
