I was employed with the same company for 17 years. I started off in 1997 as a line staff employee and I was determined to learn everything there was to know about the company so I could have the opportunity to advance. I worked my way up in the company from line staff to Assistant Manager and shortly after I was promoted to Center Manager of the facility and my last position held was Center Quality Manager. My position was downsized in January 2014
