I am a Registered Nurse with more than 18 years’ experience in out-patient, in-patient, cardiac critical care and emergency room clinical settings providing nursing care to critical and non-critical care patients. Experienced, dedicated and patient focused. Strongly motivated, provide quick accurate assessments, and work effectively with physicians and other ER staff. Develop excellent rapport with patients and their families. Quickly adapt to changes in assignments and quality improvement measures. I am currently working to get my Masters in the Science of Nursing and a Masters in Business Administration. I am considered a leader within my department and continuously work on quality improvement within the unit and recruit other staff members to assist with the projects
