Description
I am fascinated by the cause and effect that customer service develops and how the changing demographics keeps the process of customer service continuing to fluctuate. I have experienced several levels of development and responsibility. I focus on customer service and the effected aspects of that focus. The education that I have obtained through my career showed me more than the philosophy and theories of customer service, but the outlining effects of that service. I have maintained the training and education of the staff. I have developed effective processes and practices that helped maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. I monitor customer surveys and adjust needed facilities to change their practices and heighten that level of service. I have seen that this aspect is the strong hold of any growing company. I find customer service growing and developing exponentially and, therefore is the most exciting facet of any company.
