Program/Project Management Consultant - 18 years experience - PMP
I have been working as a project management consultant for the last 18 years. I have implemented project management systems on all types of contracts. I even lead the team that implemented an EVM validated system for the Marine Corps Maintenance Depots which resulted in the first EVM validated system in place for a DoD agency. My most recent was software development project management experience was with the California Department of Motor Vehicle and HondaJet. I even have standard work breakdown template which identifies standard task that should be included in a software development project. Such things as BDR, SDR, Go no Go decisions, Requirements Traceability Matrix, System Test, Performance Test, System Software Documentation; just to name a few.
