Process Engineer with over 7 years of working experience in United States and Poland. Graduated from University of Science and Technology in Poland with Master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering. After graduation in 2008 I was chosen as one of the best graduates, to take part in International Exchange program. I spent one year in Poland and then was transferred to United States to serve as Process Engineer. During this time I have also graduated from Purdue University with MBA degree. After contract in USA, I was transferred back to Poland for Process Improvement role as Process and Quality Engineer in ArcelorMittal Poland. One of my projects have gained 90% reduction in energy usage during production line standstills. Working well in multicultural environment and communicating well with people at all levels. Good understanding of cultural diversity in the workplace. Dedicated and passionate person who embraces change quickly and views challenges as opportunities. Strong analytical mind, with highly developed problem solving skills, and focus on constant improvement of processes and practices. I am able to apply Statistical Process Control and Lean Manufacturing methods for Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement.
