Possess the right attitude to work towards the development of the team and organization. * Nine years of experience as a Business Analyst, with understanding of Business Requirements gathering, Business Process flow, Business Process Modeling * Diverse experience working with various domains which include Government, Banking, Healthcare, and Finance * Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment * Competent in analyzing the current business process and creating future state business process flows using industry standard BPM notations * Exceptional working experience in GAP analysis and understanding AS-IS and TO-BE business processes * Expertise in conducting Stakeholder Analysis to define process stakeholders, and their roles & responsibilities towards the project * Adept with different software development methods like Agile (SCRUM) and Water Fall * Proficient in analyzing and creating Narrative Use Cases, User Stories, Use Case Diagrams, Activity diagrams, Data/Flow/Navigational flow diagrams using UML Tools like MS Visio * In-depth working experience implementing various elicitation techniques like, Document analysis, Interface analysis, Prototyping, Reverse engineering, Brainstorming, Requirement workshop * Excellent skills in facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions for eliciting functional requirements that support the High Level business requirements * Knowledge in Data Modeling and Process Modeling using a structured approach using MS Visio * Experience in writing Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD) and Systems Requirement document (SRD) * Worked on Procurement, HCM, ERP and LIMS Labware CRM web based tools for the applications enhancement, integration, Reports * Proficient in writing and executing simple SQL queries against the database to check for the reports, Data Modeling and for dashboards of BI tools * Expertise in assisting the Testing Team in creating and reviewing the Test Plans and Test Cases and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing * Experience in demonstration of completed modules of the project to clients and also to provided status update to the stake holders
