• A consummate well Qualified & Experienced, Telecommunication, Technical, Quality& Project management Professional with over 20 years of Senior / Managerial level Mega project experience in Saudi Aramco & other major, Infrastructure, Industrial Projects experiences covering post contract construction dispute management, technical arbitrations, Solutions to Technical Quality Issues& • Develop conceptual, basic Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and detailed EPC Engineering Design Deliverables related to Telecommunication. • Implement Manage, Telecom and ELV projects and Contractors. • Check/review randomly Contractor submittals. • Inspect randomly construction works to ensure the quality and accuracy of the works in compliance with specifications • Review/evaluate technical proposals and recommendation to the bidding & Construction teams. • Liaise with Technical/sales/leasing and assets departments to assist them in delivering quality services to the tenants/residents/owners. • Assist operations & facility management departments to ensure the availability and delivery of services committed by Employer within Employer’s capacity. • Develop & Oversee tender and bidding documents including BOQ for Telecom & ELV systems. • Capable of working individually, establish quality &commercial management strategies, process, procedures and systems. • Review vendors drawing/ documents • Fully understand the necessity to eliminate unnecessary cost whilst ensuring to maximize Quality, highly motivated & highly skilled in Technical-Quality management, contractual procurement and construction Quality Assurance & Quality Control & dispute resolution. • Capable of working individually, establish quality &commercial management strategies, process, procedures and systems
