Description
Provide mental health services for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of mental, behavioral and emotional disorders in individuals, families and groups ass well as for people with other disabilities. I also consult with doctors, therapists and medical professionals in order to develop and implement treatment plans. My goal was to enhance and maintain the patients' physical, psychological, and social functions. In addition, I am responsible for coordinating and monitoring services such as housing, transportation and long-term care.
