Working with the elderly and teens at risk is not an eSY job. Especially when there is so much red tape, but u work with what you have to find a solution to some of the problems so they won't reccur. I had to visit many of the homes and I had to keep a detailed logs of my daily visits and there outcomes.Counseling and referrals had to be done. The work I did was not done alone I had to confer with many co-workers as counselors, psychologist, social workers and my supervisors in order to maintain a balance at the job site and get positive outcomes
