Entry Level Clinical Research Associate-Dallas, TX

I have started introductory training for a CRA position with the company I work for now and would love to continue the training to become a CRA after relocation leads me to Dallas. I believe that thoroughness, attention to detail, a patient-focused attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt are all attributes that make a successful CRA. They are also all attributes that I long to practice in any position that I work in. The travel and variety are both aspects that attracted my attention from the beginning, and I love the ever-changing environment that CRA world provides. My short-term goal is to learn as much about the field as I can in order to facilitate a prolonged, successful career as a CRA. I also want to delve into as many different therapeutic areas as possible in order to make myself a well-rounded CRA. My long-term goal is to eventually become a leader and trainer for future CRAs, and share and teach what experienced-based knowledge I have with fellow CRA's. I feel that experience-based knowledge is imperative not only to making me successful as a CRA, but also extremely critical when managing and helping other CRAs.
