SUMMARY I have more than 25 years of extensive experience in project management, including acting as liaison between Architect, Owner, Subcontractors and Design/Build Teams. I have served as an Architectural Project Manager, Project Manager and Project/Construction Manager. I am experienced in coordinating complex construction projects such as Healthcare facilities. I am proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Projects, Prolog Manager and PA-Professional Administrator. Overseen design/build activities Managed and supervised contractor and subcontractors to achieve quality construction in a time sensitive environment. Coordinate efforts with Volkswagen Management architects and engineers, in cooperation with SSOE architects and engineers, to attain desired results. Managed work areas included a 500,000 sq. ft. supplier park facility used for staging of parts for the Volkswagen plant a 5,000sq.ft. A recycle center and 150,000sq.ft. Mechanical plant (Media Center) which housed all air compressors, boilers, fire pumps, switch gear along with misc. equipment and systems to maintain the operation of the facility, worked closely with mechanical & electrical contractors to maintain proper documentation & OM's for owner turnover. Total cost - 1.1 Billion supervised major hospital renovations and additions. Responsibilities included pre-construction preparations including permit applications and on-site utility readiness. Handled Field Supervision of 100 workers safety control meetings and organized job progress meetings. Meetings focused on quality and safety while keeping target deadline's in consideration. In charge of field value engineering to eliminate cost as well as expediting schedules without hindering the quality or integrity of the project. Generated punch lists and ensured specifications and submittals were being followed to eliminate deficiencies prior to architectural/engineering walk-through dates. Acted as liaison for customer and home office communications and managed subcontractors dealing with negotiations payouts and extra work orders. Took inventory of materials delivered to site and worked closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
