SUMMARY I have been a nurse working in many areas over the course of my career. I have always gravitated toward positions of leadership I began working in home care and found it challenging, interpreting the conditions of participation, developing programs, managing staff, process improvement, and service excellence resonate in my practice. I have a solid working knowledge of home care and hospice. I currently am working to complete a dual Master's degree in Health Administration and Business with a specialty in gerontology.
