Oracle Sr. HRIS/HCM Lead

I am having 7.7 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Applications 11i & R12. Primarily, my work experience includes Core HR, iRec, SSHR, OTL, Payroll, iExpense modules. On various assignments, I also got opportunities of leading the team of technical and functional consultants and getting into client facing roles. My prior work experience includes working on report development, customization and interface development as techno-functional consultant. I am a quick learner, and have surfaced many other modules within Oracle Applications. My knowledge, expertise and experience can be transformed and if required can be utilized in other modules as well as in other ERP systems. I am having exposure of working with clients on different domains like – Health Care, Finance, and construction. I have been involved and lead implementation project which had a phase alone for analysis and documentation. On support project, I have taken responsibility for preparing Change Control, Continuous Improvement Metrics, tracking issues to closure, Gap analysis, System testing and User Acceptance testing. I am looking for an opportunity where my skills, expertise and learning attitude can be best exploited to have a mutual beneficial employment position with reputed organization. I am currently working as a full time employee with NTT Data, and seeking an opportunity to US based job position. I am having a valid work permit to work anywhere in USA.
