SUMMARY I have developed special skills through training and from attending special leadership development schools that has prepared me for leadership positions. I process the characteristics of being tactically and technically proficient, motivation, positive attitude, team player. Also, I have demonstrated in the past the capability of coaching, teaching, and mentoring subordinates. Integrity and honesty are some of my best qualities. Accomplishments: 1. Responsible for assisting with training validating over 5000 Soldiers at Camp Atterbury, prior to their deployment into theater. 2. Completed the mandatory Department of Defense Financial Management Certification in Aug 2015.
