My name is Brian Kelly. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2000, I have been working in kitchens from the age of 14, from casual to fine dining. I recently returned from Dubai where I ran four outlets in a five star hotel. There I learned a great amount of knowledge in international cuisine. I also have vast knowledge with seafood, having worked as a sales executive for a very reputable seafood company.
