To do what I love most, which is the Restaurant/Hospitality Industry. Know both FOH & BOH daily operations in addition to Banquet Event Management. All involve Hiring, Training, Scheduling, P&L, Inventory, ordering, working closely with Customers/guests, coordinating all types of functions, both setup and complete service, developing Marketing strategies to promote businesses, since I have a BFA in Graphic Design as well. Basically, hands on in almost every facet of the restaurant & Hospitality Industry! Strong passion for this business!
