SUMMARY: A seasoned operations & personnel professional with over 18yrs experience in retail/management and multi-store 3-4 stores (market manager). Self-motivated professional with demonstrated skills and experience in controlling payroll, expenses, delegation, sales generation, problem solving, with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, with strong emphasis on service excellence. Maximized work center production efforts of 45+ employees. I'm currently applying new Training Re-vamp changes with current Shift Mgrs. and Store Associates Candidate's for Escondido and Chula Vista Stores, opening in November 2016. Am part of assisting in re-vamping Ca. Training Binder (with 4 other SD SM's) for use in San Diego. editing, deleting and even writing/developing new training circuits and presentations to be implemented in Vista Training Academy.
