RE: Store Manager/assistant manager I am looking for a store manager or assistant manager position. I would like to use all my years of experience to help a company grow. I have worked in retail for thirty five years, most recently at DSW Shoe store as the store manager. With my strong backgrounds in retail management, coupled with my love of serving the customer, I believe I have exactly what it takes to manage a Retail Store. During my time as store manager at DSW, I have successfully implemented new ideas in building the loyalty club. I increased sales volume from 5.2 million to 6.8 million. My conversion went from a 38% to a 42.1%.The turn of employees in my store was at 18%. I managed up to 50 employees in a 31,000 square foot store. I am a hands on manager that leads by examples. I developed a good rapport with my staff and had a working environment that is relaxed and customer focus.
