I have experience in working with attorney's, realtor's, title companies and insurance companies on overseeing every aspect of dealing with foreclosed properties. Basically once we foreclosed on a piece of property.....Deal with the attorney who is handling the foreclosure, take care of all accounting entries, work on getting inspections completed, take care of any repairs on getting the property ready to sell as well as secured, work with realtor's on getting the property sold and finally the title company on closing the deal.
