Creative problem solver with high level financial, market and managerial expertise. Created a neighborhood stabilization program and directed a CDC’s real estate activities, including managing all phases of their development projects and managed portfolio of 122 affordable rental housing units. Served as Manager of the Senior Vacant Unit Initiative. In that capacity, directed the renovation, marketing and property management of 35 senior owned residential units and managed a portfolio of 40 residential units as part of a CDC’s first-time homeowner program.
