Description
I am a computer systems application and network support engineer who enjoys working directly with customer engineers and technicians to configure, modify and troubleshoot complex computer driven systems and networks. I have worked remotely and on site to install and upgrade optical networks and network monitoring software inside of customer central offices and network operation centers around the country. I live in the Asheville, NC area but am willing to telecommute and travel up to 50% of the time.
