Summary of Qualifications * Attained 20+ years leading, personnel management, administration, and supervision. * Possess 5 years of Government contract writing and reviewing experience in the development of Primary Work Statements for Civilian Contractors. * Understand/Write operations orders (OPORDS), plans, physical security, security clearances, and security badges/security badging process. * Good working knowledge of readiness and military mobilization. * Understand, implement, and enforce emergency procedures. * Gained extensive experience with writing and implementing and tracking of G3/S3 Operations taskers. * Read, understand, and process operations orders from a higher headquarters. * Possess a good working knowledge of the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS). * Have several years of facilities and logistical support experience. * Have a broad perspective of military training requirements. * Have over 7 years of experience in Management with Labor Unions. * Attained success in the civilian workforce being promoted twice into the Director level of management. * Granted a Top Secret security clearance by the US Government. * Currently hold a clearance based on requirements for current position. Secret can be upgraded to Secret if "need to know" is justifiable. * Well documented history administering leadership traits appropriate for the situation. * Maximize Human Resource Management skills treating superiors, peers, and subordinates with dignity and respect at all times. * Six Sigma trained and experienced.
