I am seeking a career that empowers neglected youth to become productive individuals who can give back to the community. My goal is to work with youths who have experienced traumatic events in their life. I have work with the public in various industries for 26 years. Working with a diverse group of people has enabled me to communicate effectively. My bachelor degree in social counseling enhanced my ability to communicate and interact effectively with individuals. I also have a master degree in health care administration, which has helped me to communicate verbally and learn the process of health care institutions and other community programs and agencies. I have work with juveniles in the school system and I am familiar with the juvenile justice system.
