I have 20 years experience in all aspects of electronic discovery, from collection through to production, both in operations and sales management. I have worked with small companies, national vendors, and in law firms. I have practiced law as a litigator and at the same time implemented in-house litigation support operations for the entire firm. I have written extensively in legal publications and presented CLE's throughout the US and Canada. My speaking, writing and organizational skills are excellent. I am fully conversant with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on e-Discovery as well as various state and provincial rules, and with trans-border issues. In addition I have built up 20 years worth of contacts and connections the legal profession and the e-Discovery industry nationwide.
