The scope of this position is a supporting role which establishes the proactive management process of accounts with regards to accounts receivable/DSO. This is not a traditional accounts receivable position but rather a specialist role, which supports sales, accounts receivable, invoicing, and quality assurance departments. The The Position ensures the closure of open issues associated with account deductions and/or invoices unpaid due to extenuating circumstances (e.g. paperwork required to support an invoice like a POD).
