Mark is an accomplished IT professional who has been in technology for several years having supported Windows, MAC and Linux operating systems, provided WordPerfect and Microsoft Office support, and troubleshooting hardware and software break/fix issues. Mark has a broad based knowledge of technology as a programmer, web developer and a network administrator. Mark has recently expanded his skill set by completing a Masters of Technology Studies in Information Assurance, bringing a full complement of security skills to the table. Mark has also achieved the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification as well as several FEMA certificates including FEMA IS-00523 Resilient Accord - Exercising Continuity Plans for Cyber Incidents and FEMA IS-00914 Surveillance Awareness: What You Can Do. With an understanding of network operations and programming coupled with risk vulnerability analysis, computer forensics, penetration testing, disaster preparedness and policy development, Mark will not be on the market for long!
