As an owner’s representative, construction manager and design manager, I will overcome obstacles, mitigate claims, improve quality control, and cut costs, moving projects and production forward. Standardize and streamline procedures, and implemented Best Practices to drive process improvements. I am capable of a wide-range of projects in the private/public sector including mixed-use, hotels, offices, theatres/concert halls, themed media/entertainment centers, multi-unit residential, mansions, specialty retail stores, colleges, hospitals, schools, urban renewal, adaptive re-use, historic preservation and rehabilitation projects.
